Emotional depth is not something you either have or don't. It is something you can train.

Amazing stuff. Really helps you get to where you need to be mentally. Easy to follow and a great voice.
Great product and truly helpful!
have been acting professionally for eleven years. I have studied with coaches, done the memory work, broken down more scripts than I can count. And I still had the same problem every actor has — I could access emotion in my living room and lose it completely the second I walked into the room.
This training changed that. Not because it gave me a new technique to think about — but because it stopped me from thinking. The exercises work. They work the first time and they work differently the tenth time. I used Exercise 3 the morning of an audition for a role I really wanted and walked in more open than I have felt in years. This is the most useful thing I have added to my practice in a long time.
